Traction Bar-Competition, Excellent for daily driver, Rubber snubber for smooth operation, bars are designed for leaf spring suspensions and can be used for street or strip. Traction is greatly increased, wheel hop is eliminated, and the rubber snubbers provide a better ride. This competition style bar uses our exclusive J-bolt option which gives your suspension the strength and rigidity needed for all out competition. The J-bolt competition bar option is manufactured under U.S Patent No. 3,704,876. Note: Not recommended for use with air shocks. J-bolts not included with bars, order separately. This unit is not applicable in conjuction with a stabilizer bar. To avoid spring damage, this unit is not recommended for use with monoleaf springs. Use J-bolt kit #20580.

Specifically designed for 1982-02 Camaro or Firebird, these Rear Lower Control Bars from Lakewood Industries will greatly increase traction by eliminating wheel hop. These bars are manufactured from heavy-gauge square steel tubing for strength, eliminating flex that is common with stock control arms. Polyurethane bushings are also incorporated in place of factory soft rubber bushings for positive stability. Black powder-coated for appearance and corrosion resistance, these Lakewood rear suspension control bars bolt directly to the stock mounting location using stock hardware without any modifications required. Grease fittings for lubrication and detailed instruction sheet included. Packaged two bars per set.
