The Original 40 Series muffler delivers an aggressive exterior and interior tone. If you're looking for that original " Flowmaster Sound " this is the muffler is for you. Constructed of 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG-welded for maximum durability.
Hooker Competition Headers offer the best value in the high performance header market. Designed for the value–conscious buyer who is running either a “stock” or “mildly–modified” engine, Hooker Competition Headers offer premium features at a very competitive price. Made of durable 16 gauge mild steel tubing, the Hooker Competition header design utilizes a long transition collector to reduce back pressure and increase exhaust flow. A perfect sealing surface is assured with the 5/16” machined flanges, with welded O–ring seals. Experience has proven that this flange size is ideal to maintain header integrity and be pliable enough to seal each exhaust port. Tubing is mandrel–bent to maintain metal strength and provide consistent tube diameter at radii to maximize performance. Installation Notes
Breaking in an engine with ceramic coated Headers WILL result in damage to the coating and will VOID all warranties. Ceramic coated Headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before they will withstand extreme heat. Hooker recommends using cast iron exhaust Manifolds or old Headers to break in new engines to avoid coating damage. Please call Hooker tech service at 270–781–9741 for additional information regarding ceramic coated exhaust products. The use of header wraps can cause the header tubes to crack or rust due to excessive heat and moisture build–up. Hooker does not recommend the use of header wraps as this will void the warranty.

ALL BBK Shorty Unequal Length Mustang Exhaust headers are manufactured with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for un-restrictive airflow and a one piece laser cut flange for added strength and durability. ALL BBK Headers are Pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.

Titanium exhaust wrap, with LR Technology, is made from pulverized lava rock and stranded into a fiber material and is engineered to be stronger than typical wraps on the market today. BBK O2 Wire Harness Extenders - A must when Installing Full Length Headers - so that the O2 Sensors reach New O2 sensor Locations on the headers. Factory OEM connectors and heat protective sleeves make installation a snap. (Sold in Pairs)
These are 4 wire and can be used for 3 or 4 wire O2 - Connectors May require the small directional tabs to be removed on the ends of the connectors to fit some applications.
